A major new awards programme celebrating women across the UK and Irish food and drink sector has officially launched, and nominations are now open.
From the the fab people behind the Quality Food Awards, the Women in Food & Drink Awards aim to recognise exceptional women working across the entire supply chain, from farming and manufacturing to hospitality, retail, foodservice and logistics. The initiative has been created to spotlight the individuals driving progress, shaping the industry’s future, and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.

Nominations are now open to colleagues, industry peers and businesses who wish to recognise outstanding women across more than 20 categories, including:
- Challenger Brand Leader
- Foodservice Leader of the Year
- Hospitality Hero
- Rising Star Award
- Woman of the Year
- Lifetime Achievement Award

Backed by The Qs and developed with senior leaders from across the sector, the awards emphasise excellence, inclusivity and innovation. A diverse panel of respected judges from food manufacturing, hospitality, grocery retail, challenger brands and foodservice will be appointed.
