Can you believe we’ve already been in our new office at Evegate Business Park for more than a month? It’s still very much a work in progress but we’re working our way through the furniture shopping list to create our perfect space.
Another busy month and the team have been out and about at events, in between landing hundreds of pieces of coverage for Sharp clients.
Helping with Great Taste
AJ, Anna, and Jo supported the Guild of Fine Food’s Three Star and Final Panel Great Taste judging days at Guild House, near Borough Market. The team helped to host a prestigious panel of judges on both days, who were scoring the best of the best Great Taste entries. The team were filming interviews for social media, hosting the judges and supporting the photography.
Bread & Jam Festival
Most of the team was involved in the brilliant Bread & Jam Festival, manning the stand, attending workshops, and chatting to lots of inspiring entrepreneurs on one of the hottest days of the year.
AJ was one of the experts on the POD panel. She also gave two talks on growing your business and the importance of the founder’s story and it was standing room only.

Team development
As part of our continuous development programme, we welcomed food writer and author Bruce McMichael to the office for a food writing training day. We did a deep dive into sensory descriptions of a tangerine and it’s safe to say we’ll never look at one in the same way again. An awesome session, that got us thinking differently!
