A member of the Guild of Beer Writers, and a career PR professional (MCIPR), Clare cut her teeth on Mars Celebrations and Barbour wax jackets and wellies at consumer food and lifestyle PR agencies in London.

She brings around 20 years of PR consultancy experience working for FMCG brands in the food & drink and hospitality & leisure sectors, with a strong background in drinks brands, such as Monin, Asahi, Samuel Adams Boston Beer, and Britain’s Oldest Brewer, Shepherd Neame. Before joining the Sharp team in 2021, she was an independent PR consultant.

Married with two teenage daughters and a loveable labrasproodle, Beau, she is passionate about good food and drink. Often to be found with her head in a book, walking the dog, or in the dance studio tapping her troubles away.
