Fever-Tree appoints Sharp Relations for consumer PR campaign

Sharp Relations, the award-winning food and drink PR and marketing agency, has been appointed by global drinks mixer brand Fever-Tree to deliver its UK-consumer PR.

The campaign for Fever-Tree is focused on seasonal drinking and gifting occasions, raising awareness of the full range of products in the Fever-Tree portfolio and managing the Fever-Tree press office.

Chrys Salter, Fever-Tree’s Communications Manager commented, “We are excited to be working with Sharp Relations to drive forward our consumer PR strategy. They’ve got tremendous experience within the food and drinks space, so we felt it would be a natural fit. We are looking forward to what the months ahead will bring for us both!”

The account win coincides with the growth of the agency and Sharp’s resource has been bolstered with a trio of new appointments, bringing the number on the team to 11. The agency has also launched a branding and design division and has appointed graphic designer Alex Huntly to deliver this new service to clients.

Founder and managing director AJ Sharp said, “We’re absolutely delighted to have partnered with Fever-Tree, a brand that’s recognised globally as a leader in the premium drinks category, to support them in reaching their communications goals.

“Following recent expansion of our client portfolio, we’re also so pleased to be growing both the team and our services, in particular being able to offer brand and design consultancy for the first time, helping us to support more companies on their journey to success.”

Sharp represents a number of food and drink and hospitality and leisure clients including Kyrö Distillery Company, Pukpip, Crave, the Guild of Fine Food, Great Taste Awards and World Cheese Awards. Based near Ashford, Kent, the agency also represents a number of local clients including Produced in Kent, Kent Life Heritage Farm Park, Folkestone Harbour and Q Catering.
